Last night's cook was GREAT! I sat in on Car Wash Mike's rib class as well as Buster Dog's dessert class at the Omaha Eggfest. So I had to give them a try. The ribs were 4-1/2 hrs; I did have a little trouble regulating the heat but after that, all was well. Buster Dog's Bananas Foster was my first attempt at dessert on the BGE. We also attended Molly Shark's brisket class - if anyone has her instructions for brisket, can you please forward to me? Thanx. This is my first attempt at a photo so bear with me.Grasshopper
Grasshopper, Rick's Tropical Delight has some awesome desert post. Monkey Bread, peaches, pineapple upside down cake, etc. That is where I got the Banana Foster idea and modified it a little by adding the caramel and pecans.
