Well...5 weeks into the Egg purchase. Poppasam, I now know what you mean...this is addictive. The local egg dealer and I are on a first name basis now. I've purchased a lot of eggcessories. Have not progressed to the purchase of the winnebago to haul my egg yet!

I've cooked burgers, steak, chicken, veggies/fruit, and had great ribs and pork tenderloin last night! Planning to cook a prime rib for the family in a couple of weeks. Would love to find a recipe for the egg...I've seen the one in one of the eggfest guides...would like some more detailed instructions, specifically cook times.
