What a great experience our first eggfest was. The people there were fantastic and just as great in person as they are here on the forum. I want to thank everyone for a good time (except the lady at the hotel who complained at 10pm at night. LOL) and great food.
Just a side note. If anyone caught the winning entry for the extreme eggfest was funnel cake, I can't stress enough to really think long and hard if you decide to try that at home. It could be very dangerous.
