I plan to bake a bread pudding on a Monday night using Eggtuary's Eggtoberfest recipe to serve on Tuesday morning to my coworkers. Should I refrigerate the pudding overnight? It is OK to make up the whiskey sauce that goes on top the night before or does it need to be made the morning I serve it? Thanks for any tips...

GenesGrill,
Well... since no one has answered so far... here's my 2 cents! Since there's egg in the dish, I would definitly refrigerate and then let come to room temp or warm in microwave at work... same goes for sauce. You can make day ahead and then nuke it at work... IMHO

GirlyEgg,
Thanks for the advice....I'll try that. I ate some of Eggtuary's bread pudding at Eggtoberfest last year (recipe is in the archives) and it was delicious!

GenesGrill,
Put the reheated sauce on the warmed up pudding just before serving otherwise it will get soaked in overnight and lost.
