ltbamadad,
Try grilling some asparagus wrapped in proscuitto! Basically, wrap the proscuitto around the asparagus, and brush with a little lemon viniagrette. These are a great finger food and can be served warm or cold! Email me if you want an exact recipe!

Go Penguins! (I went to Youngstown State - winningest team in 1-AA history under Jim Tressel!!!)

ltbamadad,
Stuffed mushrooms are hard to beat, and, they can be made ahead of time. I personally like bacon wrapped shrimp finished with a sweet/spicy pineapple bbq sauce.
