ltbamadad, Try grilling some asparagus wrapped in proscuitto! Basically, wrap the proscuitto around the asparagus, and brush with a little lemon viniagrette. GatorGuy, ahhh... Buckeyes or Chestnuts? Aren't Buckeye's poisonous? I grew up in Ohio and we were always told they were poisonous... am i missing something?
ltbamadad, how about little debbie oatmeal cream cookies. I hear thats what the nick eats all the time. On the plains last year we smoked gator and LSWHO tiger meat. They were great.
