I'm looking for a good recipe for breakfast pizza. My daughter tried one when she visited someone out-of-town and has been after me to cook one for a while.

This would be great to serve for breakfast when we have overnight company.

Thanks

Charlie Hustle,
I made a good (easy) one.

Pre-made crust
Pre-made gravy (sauce)
I cooked sausage and scrambled eggs for topings
Covered with cheese and cooked

You could do more with crusts (biscuits) a fattie would be a good topping. There are tons of different things you could do.

Charlie Hustle,
I call it a Breakfast Quesadilla but you might want to consider this. It's great.

Just pan-fry some crumbled up smoked sausage. Then pour a thin layer of Southwestern Style Eggbeaters in a small skillet, sprinkle the crumbled sausage on it, then sprinkle a healthy amount of Kraft 4-Mexican Cheese on top of that. Add a bit of salt and pepper to flavor.

While that cooks heat a tortilla in another skillet (or on your pizza stone on the Egg). Slide the Egg/Sausage/Cheese onto the tortilla. Top with another tortilla and heat both sides. Cut into pizza size bites.

Enjoy.
