BENTE,I pulled a Bridget Jones today on a Chicken Cordon Bleu cook.Got to pinning the rollups together, and all I had to use was a box of colored toothpicks. Sure enough, I had lovely streaks of (hopefully food-safe) coloring throughout the (delicious) chicken.Live and Learn,Big T
