I finally got the change today to make the proposed Porkenpeno.I sliced the Jalapenoes, butterflied the chicken breast, butterflied the pork tenderloin. I fired up the Egg to 350 degrees,I stuffed the chicken with cheddar cheese, ham and jalapenos. Wrapped it all up and covered generously with Jamaican Firewalk. Rolled it all up in the Porkloin and sprinkled it with Dizzy Dust.Took a Picture. Put it in the stable egg and cooked it till 165 internal. Opened the Egg took a picture. Brought the finished product into the house and took a picture. Let it rest and sliced it. Went to take a picture. The camera died. Put FRESH batteries in the camera. It's still dead...Bummed I ate the Porkenpeno with a baked sweet tater.. It was good!!I did manage to salvage these two:
