Morning All:

It had been raining steady (not hard, but steady) since about 5:00pm and with the son, daughter-in-law & grandson coming over for dinner had no option but to carry on in the rain (need to get a green umbrella).

Tonights menu was thick cut boneless pork chops and chicken breasts using some of the new spices we got today from Penzey's.

On the left is Bavarian Seasoning, at the bottom is Herbes de Provence and on the right Singapore Seasoning. Two chops and one breast of each flavor.

Here they are just before taking them off.

Also did some rolls using Bridgeford frozen bread dough. Just cut slices and placed in a greased pan then on the Egg for about 20 minutes at 375.

For desert we tried something new -- Baked Pineapple Pudding. Here it is on the Egg.

and a nice serving, topped with pineapple tidbits and Reddi Whip.

And of course a shot of the grandson enjoying himself.

and trying to corner the cat.

An enjoyable meal and evening with family.

Have a GREAT day!
Jay
