BadgerSmoke, You have the sear time/temp correct. Then rest steaks for about 20 minutes while bring egg temp down around 400. Put cermaic top on and close bottome vent. Temp should be down after 20 minute rest. Then put steaks back on close dome and roast for about 4 miutes then flip...roast 4 minutes. You can cut roast time down, pull and check steaks you can always put back on...can check internal temp pripr to pilling from egg if you have a thermapen, etc. Good luck!
