Hey any and everyone! Have not attempted to smoke a turkey but want to in a couple of weekends. Do I need the vertical thingie to put my turkey on ..and then place the turkey in a drip pan? Also, how long per pounds do I cook it..and at what temperature to smoke it? Thanks so much for your help. Looking forward to attending my first EGG cookout in Georgia during the month of October! Can hardly wait!!
