I am spatchcocking my first chicken tonight using a lemon pepper rub. I also would like to do some thighs at the same time. I think I know the whole chicken recipe but what I need are ideas to do with the thighs. I was thinking about a Jamica jerk rub but how long should I cook them and at what temp? Can I cook them and the spatchcock chicken at the same time? All suggestions appreciated.Kim Youngblood (aka vidalia1)
