I'm a newbie but have had tremendous success with pork roast, hamburgers and now I want to do large and I do mean large jumbo shrimp on the Egg. I'm more interested in actual cooking time and temperature as opposed to a recipe but those are more than welcome too.Thanks for the assistance.....Steve
