okiesmokie, I haven't made an egg pizza yet, but I've been making oven baked pizza with homemade dough for many years now and always get compliments.I actually just used tomato paste, mixed with some red wine or water, and a little chopped or dried oregano. I like to let the sauce cook with the pizza, and the low moisture of using paste helps keep the top a little drier especially since onions and pepper give off a lot of water.Cheers, -rcq
