If, if mind you it were possible to create a zero gravity environment and cook a brisket in it. Would the juices stay in? An idle mind is a terrible thing.

Jwirlwind, In my perfect zero grav area the lump would not be in the zero grav area. Thanks for reminding me about the fire. I guess the smoke would stay in the egg longer too. Would the lump even burn? Oh pooy that was not the question.
Charles in SC, Zero gravity is not the same as zero pressure, so I think it would work just fine, if you could have everything clamped in place, like a screen over the lump.
