NorthernSmoke, I would get the small BGE for a quick steak or chicken breasts, or burgers... you should be ready to grill in 15-20 minutes. For Low and Slow and big cooks the Large is my recommendation & also home-made pizza. I have the Large & Small BGE and LOVE it. My pregnant wife likes food off the egg so much she will get the fire ready about 30 minutes before I get home.
