First thanks for the quick responses to my previous post re: flashback concerns. I feel pretty comfortable now regarding that issue.My only other concern is about using the egg for quick grilling. Say I get home after work a bit late and want to cook a quick steak or some chicken breasts. How long does it take to get it fired up and cooking? I'm used to flipping on the gas and being ready in 10 minutes.I realize that the egg's real beauty lies in relaxed weekend use, but we also like to grill quick and dirty on week nights as well. How does the egg compare in this sort of situation?
