Baby back ribs for father(-in-law) day
My FIL requested some baby back ribs for this day, so I dutifully obliged. Cooked in the large Egg with an apple smoking chunk at 225F with the 2-2-until-it’s-done method. Man does not live on meat alone! So I grabbed some garlic scapes, beets and sugar snap peas from our local Farmer’s Market to cook up on the Egg today. I kept them pretty simple in terms of seasonings with just salt and pepper for all because like high quality proteins, they don’t need much!
